Rare Vintage Leitz Wetzlar XI C Carbon Arc Projection Microscope. 1950s Leitz precision projection microscope all original with three Leitz Wetzlar objectives, x/y adjustable stage, multiple prisms. All adjustment knobs working smoothly. Carbon arc projection assembly in very good condition with carbon rods intact. A similar Leitz XI C is in the Historical Scientific Instruments Collection of the Yale Peabody Museum of Natural History, though Yale's example is missing the central liquid-filled lens assembly which this one has.

4mm Apo A= 0.95 40:1 (with adjusting ring)

Very good condition. Appears to be largely complete. Central projection lens has some corrosion and was filled with liquid at one time. Untested. Microscope not guaranteed to be functional.
