Vintage 1950s or 1960s Dealer Promo Volvo Logo License Plate Plaque. Great cast metal plaque with holes for mounting in place of a standard license plate. Engraved on the reverse "7 57 3." If this is a date code this could be from 1957, but may be later. The logo on the plaque was introduced by Volvo in the 1950s and replaced with a more minimalist design in the 1980s.
12 inches by 6 inches. Good condition with some scratches and loss to the paint from use. An unusual Volvo collectible.
